I don't know how to do more....

 

I have everything ok but it doesn't connect. It put o Apple Tv "No se puede conectar a Trailers"

First of all, sorry for my English and thaks a lot!!!

  • Your ATV model (2 or 3) and firmware version:  ATV 3 -->5.3

  • The DNS server set on the ATV: IP-->50.58.61.250

  • The device and operating system (including version number) that PlexConnect is installed on: Windows 7

  • The local IP address of the device that PlexConnect is installed on: IP-->192.168.1.38

  • The device and operating system (including version number) that the Plex media server (PMS) is installed on: Plex Media Server 0.9.8.10.215-020456b Windows 6.1 (Build 7601)

  • The Plex media server (PMS) version number you are running (do not put 'latest'): Version 0.9.8.10.215

  • The local IP address of the device that the Plex media server (PMS) is installed on: IP --> 192.168.1.38

  • The PlexConnect version number. If using Github source then a time and date of download (look at the creation date of the folder) and if you are using any testing branch e.g. the Elan/PlexInc one. Version 0.9.8.10.215

  • The content of your 'Settings.cfg' file (if you do not have this file you are running an old version, please update)

  • Detail on the media file if it is an issue related to playing a media file :

  • A detailed description of the issue (the clearer you can make this the better):

I'm no technical whizz, but surely the DNS IP address you set on your aTV should be the same IP address of the box PlexConnect is running on?
