Trailers is unavailable - only when trying to view movie content

All I had to do to resolve this was update my aTV...

 

Hey All, so Plex Connect seems to work nicely, It redirects DNS, I can view photos, but as soon as I select a video to watch ATV shows "Trailers is unavailable. Try again later."

 

All the console reports is;

 

  2. 22:26:52 WebServer: serving .xml: /library/metadata/6

 

I tried installing Plex/PlexConnect on a Windows 7 machine but still got the same issue

 

These details are for the Ubuntu VM

  • Your ATV model (2 or 3) and firmware version: ATV3 - 5.1 (5201)

  • The DNS server set on the ATV (found under the ATV settings > general > network > DNS): 10.1.0.55

  • The device and operating system (including version number) that PlexConnect is installed on: VMWare virtual machine, Ubuntu 12.04

  • The local IP address of the device that PlexConnect is installed on: 10.1.0.55

  • The device and operating system (including version number) that the Plex media server (PMS) is installed on: VMWare virtual machine, Ubuntu 12.04 (Same VM)

  • The Plex media server (PMS) version number you are running (**do not put 'latest'**): 9.8.4.125

  • The local IP address of the device that the Plex media server (PMS) is installed on: 10.1.0.55

  • The PlexConnect version number. If using Github source then a time and date of download (look at the creation date of the folder) and if you are using any testing branch e.g. the Elan/PlexInc one.: August 15 - 10am UTC

  • The content of your 'Settings.cfg' file;
