Hi, hope someone can help. I’ve installed Plex app on LG tv.
On launch I get screen…Plex is not reachable. Make sure server and device have internet connections…
Any idea what to do. My TV is on my network
What is the model number of your TV, and is it HD or UHD?
If it’s 720p or 1080p (HD) then I am sorry to say that you are out of luck.
As it seems that Plex has now dropped support for non-UHD (4K) smart tv’s.

That’s the reason so. It’s only HD. Will plug in the chromecast, thanks again
