(Deutsch) Liebe Plex Community,
ich wende mich an euch, weil ich wieder mal ein Problem habe.
Seit geraumer Zeit tauchen beim abspielen von Filmen (nach gewisser Abspielzeit) vermehrt Hinweise, wie Wiedergabefehler oder Probleme mit dem Trantranscoder auf. Diese Meldungen bekomme ich zu Hause im Direct Stream über den TV aber auch wenn ich woanders (extern PC, Handy, andere Plex Home Nutzer) über meinen NAS Plex schauen will.
Die benutzten Festplatten sind neu und sind nicht mal 50% belegt. Auch CPU /GPU sind beim Stream selten über 80%. Auch nicht wenn ich TV, PC, Handy und zwei Geräte extern laufen lasse.
Habt ihr eventuell eine Idee woran es liegen könnte? Welche Einstellungen sollte ich zwecks Transcoding vornehmen damit dies nicht passiert?
Falls es wirklich daran liegen sollte, dass der NAS zu wenig Rechenleistung hat, kennt sich jemand mit zusätzlich eingebauter Grafikkarte aus?
Kann mir jemand helfen?, ich bin verzweifelt.
Zu der benutzten Hardware:
Der NAS ist ein QNAP TVS-872XT-i5-16G NAS, Intel Core i5 8400T 6-Core 1,7 GHz Prozessor (Turbo bis zu 3,3GHz), 16GB RAM (8GBx2).
Das Betriebssystem von QNAP und auch alle weiteren Apps wie Plex (Version 1.25.3.5385 ) sind auf einer Samsung 980 PRO 1 TB PCIe 4.0 (bis zu 7.000 MB/s) NVMe M.2 (2280) Internes Solid State Drive (SSD) gespeichert.
Die Filme sind auf 4 Festplatten á Seagate IronWolf Pro 18 TB HDD, NAS interne Festplatte (8, 9 cm (3, 5 Zoll), 7200 U/Min, CMR, 256 MB Cache, SATA 6 GB/S, silber) gelagert.

I turn to you because I have a problem again.
For some time now, when playing movies (after a certain amount of time), I’ve been getting more and more messages like playback errors or problems with the Trantranscoder. I get these messages at home in direct stream via the TV but also when I want to watch Plex somewhere else (external PC, cell phone, other Plex Home users) via my NAS.
The hard drives used are new and are not even 50% occupied. Also CPU /GPU are rarely over 80% when streaming. Not even when I run TV, PC, mobile and two devices externally.
Do you have any idea what the problem could be? What settings should I make for transcoding so that this does not happen?
If it’s really because the NAS has too little processing power, does anyone know about additional built-in graphics cards?
