Well, you are running in Verbose mode, and suggest you disable that.
When said, your movie is transcoding audio from TrueHD, since that’s not supported by your Titzen TV

And an audio transcode does not use a GPU, only a CPU
Also the subtitle has to be burned in, since not in a proper format (PGS)
MDE: Dune (2021): selected subtitle cannot be converted to a compatible format, burning into video stream
All I can suggest here, is to remux the Audio track into something supported by your TV, and also consider finding another subtitle, in like srt format
(You could also test playing without subs, and see if that makes a difference)
