Help with "Failed to Run Package Service" Error on Synology DS220+

Tried to update on 6/1/2021 and have been getting his error: “Failed to run the package service”. Was working fine before. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling Plex Media Server a couple times but continue to get the same error. Server logs are attached.

I’m relatively computer savvy but not a plex expert and am not sure what do try next. This is my first post so apologies if it’s in the wrong place.
