Home Screen Error when switching users on 2019 Shield TV

Plex Intermittently boots to frozen empty home screen

Server Version: Version 1.30.0.6486 Player version: 9.13.0.37059 Within the last week I’m having an intermittent problem with both my shield clients. The Client boots to an empty home screen that just says “No Items to Display this directory appears to be empty.” The interface is completely frozen and I can’t do anything other than force close the app. Launching the app again just results in the same broken interface.
