Horace and Pete (2016) not recognized by Plex TV Series

It’s a 10 episode series, just 1 season.

Only episode 10 shows up, and only sometimes. I did the “plex dance” and many other troubleshooting attempts.

Is there any way to get an actual support reply in this forum, or is it just a waste of time?

You probably have a naming issue

I tried the show using both the TVDB and TMDB show order and everything shows up correctly

Thanks for the quick reply, that worked! I didn’t have the episode code “s01e01” in the file names.
