How do I remove an old server that is no longer online? I removed it from the authorized devices list, but it still shows up my friends as having access in the Manage Library Access tab and it shows up on their devices (albeit offline).
Old server is LexFlix
New server is LEXflix
They need to force their clients to update the list of [shared] servers.
Either by switching User back and forth (only possible if they’re in a Plex Home),
or by signing out of their user account, restarting the device and signing back in.
But the old server will remove itself after a few weeks anyway, so there is no need for this hassle.
They might want to unpin all the media sources of your old server from their sidebars, and pin the media sources of the new one instead.
There is a ‘Reset customization’ procedure, which does that in one fell swoop and restarts the onboarding wizard:
