My WD MY CLOUD HOME is no longer accessible via PLEX, it stopped finding any files initially (kept saying not connecting/error) then completely disappeared.
I have tried following online guides about “adding a server” but can’t find add a server option in the plex desktop software…. I tried to configure directly from the WD software as well as via the desktop software, and nothing seems to work - any help would be appreciated?
I have plex installed via the WD MY CLOUD SOFTWARE (came preinstalled), and also directly on my PC, neither seem find my MY CLOUD SERVER.
Sorry I am not very tech minded when it comes to this, so not sure what info you would need to assist.
