They are using the Norwegian titles as filenames. This gives an interesting effect when doing the initial scan. The 6 movies that ultimately get an English title, are first shown with the correct Norwegian title when scanning the directory.
Which country did you set in the properties of the Plex Movie agent?
Do you have ‘localized titles’ ticked?
Country is set to “United States”, localized titles is ticked.

I wonder if this has anything to do with the issue.
Could you try setting this to e.g. swedish and then Plex Dance the movies which got their titles reverted to english?
