How do I get my server back, Help Please

Hi folks, so Ive done this a few times now and ive never had a problem, I think it started with having the wrong windows account information when I reinstalled the server. (from some info I found on here) I have my database on a diff drive so all the settings were backed up as such. C drive failed and I did a clean install of windows, the short of it is i now have 3 servers and none of them are showing my content. It looks like I am creating a new server every time i try and fix it. The first run I had all my content but the original server was unavailable so no one else could connect, I created a new windows admin account under the same name as my original and deleted the wrong one, each time i uninstalled plex then altered the registry. LocalAppDataPath. something is obviously off as I now have 2 servers i cant connect to plus the one I claimed at the last run that has no content. Please tell me this is easy to fix!

EDIT:
Ive just checked my D drive which is where I have the database etc and there is a new folder called Plex Media Server, my data is in Plex\Plex Media Server, I dont know how this new directory was created but I think I should delete it…

I dont know if its any help but I have a Reg file I backed up 2 years ago to compare with the new one, it has way more data but I dont know which parts are important, I can see my name, email and server names are the same.

I would go into your plex account and remove any servers listed there. (this will remove the duplicated server issue)

Then see You need to reclaim your server, but don't dare to touch the Windows Registry and run ClaimPMS4Win.

If your original database is missing we can walk you thru restoring the backup on that.

Thank you! I did manage to get the content back but it wasnt on the right server as i couldnt connect on my phone. So I deleted 2 servers that were new and kept one that was 12 hours old, or was accessed 12 hours ago i guess. Re booted, claimed my server and ive got 2 now, it seems to have created a new one, 3mins old, the 12hour one is still there in Authorised so i think thats the one that my mobile is saying it cant connect to. Should i delete the 12 hour one too? It was working fine yesterday so im only guessing thats the original, says unavailable in server obviously.

Im guessing i need to remove all of them. Doing that now.

Yeah, when I said any servers listed there I implied all of them. Sorry if that wasnt clear. That way you can just start over, reclaim the server and get going.

Thank you, no you were very clear im just stressed! lol. Its all working but I had to sign out on my tv to remove all the exclamation marks, bit of a pain as i have a lot of family who i have setup over a long period including creating false emails so i could do all the work. Thank you again, im just glad It wasnt anything more involved.

Oh I didnt need to run PMS4Win for anyone else that may find this usefull.

Putting this here too so i can find it easy next time my C goes bang.
