I asked a question a while ago and it never really got answered. When I go back to it, there’s no place to accept or reject the answers. I’ve gone into my profile/preferences and turned off all pop-ups but that hasn’t worked. What am I missing here?

I actually just added a comment and then clicked “Yes” for “Did this answer the question?”
That is also a viable solution.
