  1. use either Microsoft Edge, or Chrome, or Firefox as your web browser.
    Forget about Internet Explorer.
  2. load the web app from here: https://app.plex.tv

Then the support for DRM is disabled in your web browser.
Which is not the default settting. Someone or something (software) messed with it.

Start by trying alternative web browsers. Install either Chrome or Firefox and see if they behave differently.

I have got chrome will try fire fox and see what happens thanks a lot
