How do you delete uploaded poster or background image

I am hosting Plex on a Synology NAS and was wondering how do I delete a uploaded poster or background image. I see I can upload a new image and select it but how do I get rid of unwanted images I no longer want as a selection?

There is no way in interface. I suppose you could dig around for in the metadata folders but those are not human readable. So you would be looking for needle in haystack

You could get rid of the movie a a whole via The Plex Dance ™ but that obviously starts from scratch for that movie.
