How start Plex after reformatting my NAS 003

FYI to anyone reading this, it is a followup to their previous post here:

On the 11th of October 2022 Plex would not work. I searched the web. The most relevant solution I found seemed to require me to delete 4 items from my Windows 11 registry. I also found recommendation that I open Plex by way of using http://localhost:32400/web. When that suggestion showed me my content in Plex, I presumed it had succeeded because of my deletion from the registry which I now wonder if was required. They reformatted the NAS, which I think must have deleted the previous Plex server install. I will continue the DM conversation we started here.
