i recently added another destination for my TV show as my first pool was approching beeing full so now there is 2 pool with the following folder for plex:
/media/2/Séries Télé
/media/1/Séries Télé
the pool#1 has 1tb of free space while the new #2 has 38tb of free space.
for some reason when i record a tv show it now goes to “/media/2/Séries Télé” instead of “/media/1/Séries Télé”. I have tried to put the folder #1 on top when editing tv shows, but it kept putting #2 on top. i didn’t see where to change the location of recording in the DVR too.
how to change that. i really need to not record on pool#2
Like You, I created a special folder to hold DVR recordings - on several drives.
I select the recording location - and it stays until I select another one:
As you can see - I have many TV Show Library Folders and any of them are valid. I just put them in Folders I allocate to DVR recordings - so I know where they are.
it’s working now… when i clicked on my recording schedule it show /media/1/Séries Télé. i found it ws weird because the DVR was setup on /media/1/Séries Télé years before i added /media/2/Séries Télé, but maybe i mess up something when adding the folder in plex and then it made the switch we’ll never know
