I’ve enabled Download and sync for some users on my server but if they access via web browser on a PC there’s no download option, only sync. I see download for myself when doing this, do I need to make them part of my home users group?
The new download is only available in the new desktop apps.
The older Sync is only available in the Plex “mobile” apps for iOS and Android.
The download link which can be seen in the web app is something exclusive for the admin user.
So it doesn’t work via web interface/login? That’s disappointing.
