Plex client does not show "Other Videos" posters in the library view

Server Version#: 4.115.2 Player Version#: 9.31.0.3817 When using my Android phone client or Nvidia Shield client: Posters do not show up the library view for Other Videos library. An image automatically taken from the video is what is displayed in this view instead of the poster.
