I have Granted access to my son to see pictures I took of my Grandson. He says he sees the folder but not the files in that folder. What did I do wrong?
What and how exactly did you share with your son?
There’s different means of sharing in Plex – you can e.g. share an entire library (with or without restrictions) or single items.
IIRC there’s no dedicated restrictions included with photo libraries.
The problem was with my son’s computer. He had a popup blocker keeping him from seeing it.
