it is probably only spam in the file’s embedded meta data
do this:
Go to Settings - Server - Agents - Shows - TheTVDB
In there, grab the line ‘Local Media Assets’ with your mouse and drag it downwards, so it ends up being at the bottom of the stack of active agents.
Repeat the same under
Settings - Server - Agents - Shows - TheMovieDatabase
+
Settings - Server - Agents - Movies - Plex Movie
+
Settings - Server - Agents - Movies - TheMovieDatabase
If a movie was mismatched before, perform the Plex Dance after making the above configuration changes.

i made your changes but still the same:
Paranorman.German.DL.AC3.Dubbed.1080p-selfripped
gives the movie Title: Paranorman German DL → nothing is found…
i searched google and found other people with the same problem: GERMAN DL, please remove the words: german, dl from the scanner
That naming is simply VERY wrong for Plex. Try “ParaNorman (2012).ext”
See: https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200381023-Naming-Movie-files
I do not use the separate folder for each movie that is suggested as I do not care about or want the few things it brings BUT I follow the naming exactly and the last time I had to rebuild my movie library of nearly 3000 movies Plex only missed on four. (Those four are pretty inexplicable but fixing four out of 3000 is not really a problem for me.)
I also always do as @OttoKerner suggested to totally avoid any embedded meta data.
