I have a movie called Hillman Hunter. This movie also has the following extras which I want to include with the movie in the library;
an interview named; The way it is.mkv
a behind the scenes clip named: Sharpen the Axe.mkv
At the moment, I only have the main movie in my PLEX movie library.
How do I get the interview and behind the scenes clips to sit in with the movie?
How should the folders and file names be created?
E.G This is what I have in my PLEX library so far

make sure to have the Local Media Assets agent enabled for movies.
How should the folders and file names be created?
Put them beside the main movie and name them
Movie/
Hillman Hunter (2016)/
Hillman Hunter (2016).mkv
The way it is-interview.mkv
Sharpen the Axe-behindthescenes.mkv
See Note Below
There are two methods:

A Movie Library/
…Hillman Hunter (2016)/
…Hillman Hunter (2016).mkv
…Hillman Hunter (2016).eng.srt <------just in case - I would require English subs
…The Way it is-interview.mkv
…Sharpen the Axe-behindthescenes.mkv
Or
A Movie Library/
…Hillman Hunter (2016)/
…Hillman Hunter (2016).mkv
…Hillman Hunter (2016).eng.srt <--------- just in case - I would require English subs
…Behind The Scenes/
…Sharpen the Axe.mkv

Here’s the Media Preparation Guide - you neglected to add a (YEAR) to your movie making it an invalid file name:

Note:
I can’t find a ‘Movie’ called ‘Hillman Hunter (2016)’. Typically if I can’t find it at Google, IMDB, TMDB, or TVDB Plex won’t be able to find it either in order to download artwork, descriptions etc. If you have local artwork and don’t mind editing a bit to add a description just add the artwork along-side the ‘Movie’ thusly:
Hillman Hunter (2016).jpg
most any image format will do… jpg, png, gif being the most popular…

Yes, indeed. And never try to mix these two methods. It won’t work.
Aye, Cap’n…
… and while we’re at it - if you happen to have two versions of said Movie, Hillman Hunter (2016) [480p].mkv, for instance do NOT add a second version to the first version’s folder. Add the complete structure with all the extras in one of the methods described above - then, and only then, add the second version OUTSIDE the original folder structure. Plex will then put a pretty little Blue ‘2’ on the artwork and you can pick your version on playback - or split them once Plex merges them.
There’s a community work around that took this community member about 9 days to invent… after much trial and error.
errant button press… doooop!
