I Bought My Cloud Home three years ago. Plex was one of the Apps recomended with thw sofware so I installed at that moment but never used.
Now I have a Fire TV I linked the App Plex for Fire TV.
The problem is the librery stopped sync two years ago, so I can´t view recent pictures even when are stored in My Cloud drive.
At the Plex web App I can not edit the server, change carpets or add new carpets. I installed (after many problems) the the Plex App and have same problem, even updating to Premium.
So, I deleted Plex carpets in My Cloud drive and uninstall plex. I Created a new Plex account and now I can add new carpets but as I selected carpets located on My Cloud drive, it only works on Fire TV if my computer is On.
By other way Plex does not appear any longer as a WD My Cloud App, so I can not installed as I did three years ago.
So, can anybody tell me how to install Plex on My Cloud, selecting the desired carpets for the libreries so that I can view it on Fire Tv with my computer Off ?. I also understand the media at the libreries will keep syncronised automatically as any new file arrive in.
