WD MyCloud Plex server on FireStick not showing

I activated the Plex Media Server on my WD MyCloud Drive. It works fine on my iPhone - I can see, play, download all the videos from the WD Plex Media Server. On both my FireTV sticks I don’t see the PlexMyCloud option like I see on the app on my iPhone. Also, on my PC (Windows 10) when I use Chrome to log into Plex I see PlexMyCloud, but I either don’t have access (Not authorized) or ir says it is currently unavailable.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
