Thanks Trumpy81, I did as you suggested and patched some stuff.
The Handmaids Tale still is eluding me… It is not showing up as a mismatch in Webtools, but if i do a text search in the log files, there are some references to it.
Any further suggestions to track down the specific files in plex?
The weird thing is it showed up in the previous install of plex. (I had an OS error on my NAS, and rebuilt the server OS and PLEX with existing media files (with no changes to the files)
I tried doing as you suggested with few positive results…
My total “TV Shows” directory has over 280 shows, that are for the most part (I would like to say 100% like this, but there is always some that have fallen thru the cracks)
properly named (Show Name s01e01, Show Name s01e02 etc)
In directories as follows:
Show Name
Season 01
Show Name s01e01.mkv
Show Name s01e02.mkv
Season 02
Show Name s02e01.mkv
Show Name s02e02.mkv
All were successfully in previous versions of plex (I’ve been using plex for over 10 years, on Synology)
The Libraries were all working up until I had a server failure, which has been replaced, and in the process of rebuilding.
The data is all backed up and restored within a week of the failure.
At this point, I am only able to successfully scan 130 of the 280 shows (not episodes, shows…)
Is there any way to get an old version of plex scanner and then upgrade the server?
