Hello. I have a Plex Server on Nvidia Shield and Ples Pass, hw is enabled in the settings, but it still does not work. What am I doing wrong?

Player Version#: 8.27.2.29938
probably because you’re playing it in chrome which doesn’t support 5.1 audio? thus resulting in a full transcode?
Works fine on my Shield running same version of PMS.
Attach debug level server log files. Maybe they will show something.

Attach the entire zip file to the thread. Drag it into the message window. It will insert at the cursor location. You can also use the upload button, the one with the arrow pointing up.
You have Android 9 or 11 on your shield? I have 11 beta
