Hw transcoding not working via browser and windows plex app

I have pretty custom configuration. Hyper-V host with Windows Server 2019 fully patched, VM Guest Ubuntu 25.04 fully patched, Kernel: Linux 6.14.0-27-generic.

I was able to pass through the GPU, which is Nvidia RTX3050 LP to the ubuntu guest machine. Installed plex from official plex site, last version. HW transcoding enabled and it is working fine, when I play media from firestick and from iphone app. HW transcoding is not working, when I try to play media from firefox or microsoft edge or from windows plex app. I have nginx proxy manager which is proxing the external traffic, but this doesn’t matter, because from internal on IP and no https, still not working. Software transcoding on ubuntu is working fine via firefox, edge or windows plex app.
Any advise how to resolve the issue?
