i have been having trouble from the beginning with remote access. i just now today got it to stay saying fully accessible outside network for longer than 5 seconds. i turned my vpn off and that was what did it but strangely i had tried that before with no luck so im not sure what changed this time. i have tried to access my media from both the plex app on android and through the firefox app on my phone as well both with mobile network access. thank you for any advice.
