- Did it work before?
- Have you verified their server is up and running, they don’t have any remote access issues?
- What version of PMS do they have installed that’s hosting their libraries? Versions between 1.41.7 and 1.42.0 had a security issue and Plex have locked those from being accessed by anyone except the owner.
