I bought Plex Pass with iPad, but on the Windows Server it says still "Go Premium"

I’ve bought today a monthly Plex Pass.
But on the Windows Server (plex app or plex web) it still says <Go Premium".
I have restart the Windows server several times, but nothing helps.
How long have I to wait until the Plex Pass is showing on the Windows Server?

well, you need to make sure the server is logged into the same account as your plex pass, and then you might need to restart the plex server so it can activate the plex pass features.

you shouldn’t need to reboot the whole server, just stop the PMS software and restart it.

your forum user name has the plex pass on it, so make sure the server is using the same account as the forum.

see if your server shows up @ Plex Web

I have already done that. It is the same account. I had already bought a Plex Pass in June / July (also via the iPad). It had worked then. But now it seems like Apple has not yet sent the re-booking of the Plex Pass to Plex. If I look into my account in the payments area, then I do not see the booking made today. I think I’ll wait until tomorrow. If it has not changed so far, I will cancel the subscription on the iPad again.

I would expect it to working on your server, since it already shows in the forum.

If it doesn’t show up tomorrow, you might try contacting plex billing to look into your account and make sure there no errors or something that keeping it from going to your server.

Your account curently doesn’t have a Plex Pass on it.
The display here in the forum appears to be cached from your previous subscription.

I do also recommend to buy Plex Passes directly here on the web site. Not through appstores of 3rd parties.

Now the activation is done. Apple probably only needed a while to submit the purchase to Plex.
