I can not see Plex server on web browser

I have Plex Media server installed on Synology DS218+. I can see the media on the server from any device ipad, Fire TV, iphone & Apple TV but I can not access to the Plex Media server on any web browser PC or Mac. Due to this problem , I can not add or manage any playlist or Library

What do I need to do to see the Plex Media Server on Synology NAS from a web browser Mac or PC

In your local network you need the IP-Adress of the NAS and port 32400

example: 10.0.1.23:32400/
