I can't add a new server!

I’m migrating from VMware to Proxmox. On my Esxi host I powered off my current Plex server. I built a new Plex Server on my new Proxmox host. I have tried everything I could find on the internet to get this new server to be added to my Plex account. So far. Nothing!!

I made sure all my routing is in place. I complete wiped all my browser settings, tried it in an InPrivate window. I can log into the server locally. using http://IP:32400/web and I can access the server from the Internet, but I’m getting this when I try to add the new server.

I reset my Plex Account’s password.

I removed all devices including my old server from my authorized devices.

What do I need to do to get this server to register with Plex???

Are you connecting to the server from within the same subnet?

That very same idea woke me up in the middle of the night. I built a Windows VM on the same subnet and… It worked!
