I can't add any new content to Plex

Hi, I dont seem to be able to add either films of tv shows into plex. I go to “add library” as i have always done, start typing the name of film or show but “next” is unavailable. The “language” dropdown is also blank and i cant change this.

Could someone help please?

Try reloading the plex web app in your browser (F5) or click on https://app.plex.tv

Thank you - Just tried both and also from another browser and still nothing though

I wonder if it has to do with the number of libraries you’ve created.
Are you doing something unreasonable, like creating a separate library for every tv show?

As @OttoKerner mentioned, it does sound as though you are adding a library for each show / movie.

Thanks gents, but i am not doing that. I create a library for a series of films/shows such as one for all mission impossible films or anything that is 3 or more films in a series or something like brooklyn nine nine with all episodes in that one folder

Anything else is in generic “films and tv” folder

So, how many libraries do you have?
What library type are you trying to add?
Can you upload a screenshot?

Thank you all; there was an update to the Synology NAS and i tried this and it appears to have started the Plex side working again. I will have a look at “collections” too
