I was previously logged in but now I am unable to. When I go to the screen to login I am not even given the option to add my user details.

Initially, I was logged into the app from the TV. I had not made any changes on my side. Then one day, I noticed it was not logged in.
With this new build, for 2011 model, I cannot login from the PLEX app on my Samsung TV ( UN46D6900 series)
I receive login failed msg.
I have 2 PMS (1 on Win XP & 1 on Win 8) these are logged in and can see one another via chrome browser on both machines.
Any ideas on what I can do to login on the Samsung TV?

Did either of you take the time to read the sticky posts at the top? In particular this one?
Short version - āit doesnāt workā is about as likely to get meaningful help as phoning a garage and saying āmy car doesnāt start - whatās wrong with itā.
If the app has been updated on your TV you may need to uninstall it, switch the TV off, wait a moment, switch it on again then reinstall. There is a (well documented) problem with the way the TV updates apps.
If that doesnāt solve your problem, remember to tell us what model of TV youāre using, the version number of the app, the version number of PMS (and the platform it runs on), how your TV is connected to your PMS and so on - all the information listed in that sticky.
I have an issue since updated Plex client from Samsung Apps to v2.002 dated 2015/05/18. I just decided to uninstall Plex client from my TV Samsung model UN46F6400. Then turn it off, plug it off the wall, wait 20 secs, plug it on, turn it on and re-install plex. The issue is still there. It ask for the pin over and over again and doesnāt start plex as it used to do. Hope someone helps.
On the other hand DLNA connection to the Plex server works fine.
Please donāt double post, and go and log your server in, that will fix it.

Thanks everyone and apologies for late response. I was able to get it to work in the end by deleting the app and re-installing. I did need to also re-set up the wifi for the tv and now works
Is there any more info to share?
