I have logged into my Plex server, but I can see what users I have added, it is running Version 4.156.0, on the settings there is no selection to view/add or remove users.
On Manage Library Access
Give your friends and family access to the content on your Plex Media Server. You can manage access to libraries or single titles and restrict access to certain features.
This is just blank and says Request fialed with status code 401
