I cant seem too be able to get add libraries screen or anything tried reinstall the plex sever on my laptop and nothing.
Have you already had this server working or have you only just installed it?
If you just installed it… make sure you actually complete the installation by opening the Plex Media Server locally / through he bundled version of the web app (e.g. using http://127.0.0.1:32400/web if you’re on the same machine as the Plex server; http://[PMS IP address]:32400/web otherwise). You can only add libraries while connected locally or after you linked your server to your Plex account.
