You need to provide a lot more info in order for anyone to be able to be even to begin to help.
What version is your PMS and what is it installed on?
What version and what player are you trying to use?
Are you referring to trailers that show up as an Extra for a movie
or
Are you referring to watching other trailers before you watch a movie
Assuming it is the latter, do you have the trailers settings enabled in both your PMS and your player?

The Plex version I have in my AppleTV, which I suppose updates automatically, is 8.8.2 (3895)
I am referring to trailers you watch before you watch a movie. Plex shows trailers of the films I already have, but not trailers for new films.
I have ticked the website (are those the PMS setting?) to allow trailers be shown (it says only for Plex Pass, and I am a member) and Plex on AppleTV says 2 trailers should be shown before every movie.
I hope this information is enough and accurate.

OK, it looks and sounds like you have everything set correctly.
