I have to re-download Plex everytime I want to add new material other my media doesn't show

Everytime I want to add new media to my library I have to redownload the Plex App to myWindows 10 desktop and reinstall.Only then will it fullylaunch and show my media. If I log in via the web browser it doesn’t show any of my media. Any

suggestions gratefuly recieeved.

Your web browser is logged into a different Plex account than what your server is using.
