+1 for me too… luckily I was able to do the control panel → add/remove programs → Plex → modify and repair.
Another +1, Plex uninstalled itself for me too sometime in the past several hours. 
Jesus, Mine is gone too.
Edit, running repair via the control panel (Add/remove programs) brought it back.
Adding another one on the pile, after years of running mine was completely missing today.
Edit: Add/Remove, select Plex, then Modify, then Repair. Worked like the rest.

Have no idea why. Sorry it happened, but glad to know I wasn’t alone. Doing a repair install from Add or Remove Programs reinstalled it.
Same thing. After years of running mine was completely missing this morning, was notified by a user that it was down and upon investigation noticed it wasn’t running…then I couldn’t locate the Plex Media Server exe to run and I was like WTH??
The Add/Remove, select Plex, then Modify, then Repair. Worked for me.

i couldnt find the PMS.exe file at all.
I had to run the last update and click repair which fixed it for me.
I had the same on both my servers, failed to install and had to do a “repair” install over the top
