I want to tunnel ONLY PMS on my Win10 server

Hello,
I have a Win10 server and IPVanish. When I run my VPN on my PC/Server, I am knocked off remote access. I would like to have everything else on my PC ( or just Chrome) channeled through my VPN, but tunnel just PMS so I can still access remotely.

How can I accomplish this?

Two options/thoughts:
I’m coming up on my renew subscription date and am not opposed to changing to something like ExpressVPN if that would work easily for app tunneling. I’m still on the “learning” side of things when it comes to VPNs and tunneling.

Second idea, buy a cheap PC as a separate machine. I can either use that second one for PMS with no VPN or use it as a surfing machine. But what I’m trying to avoid is file transfers between hard drives. I have a RAID1 on my PC for Plex (DAS not NAS), and if I can tunnel PMS only, then I can keep it all on the same PC and not have to transfer files.

Any help is appreciated.

I tried this with NordVPN and ended up just buying a machine for the sole purpose of hosting my PMS. I have my VPN running on my router with Asuswrt-Merlin software on my router. Since the Roku’s in my house (do to Hulu) and a few sites my family go to will block you if you are running a VPN I have specific systems tunneling under the VPN. No issues with remote access, but I did have to Manually Assign a IP around the DHCP on the router to keep the connection open with out issues.
When I did this I also bought a duplicate external to keep a secondary backup of all my media should one external fail.
