I’ve a Synology NAS, so the Plex stuff is pretty much the same, since both run Linux. However, navigating Synology vs TerraMaster vs QNAP is unique to each box.

Good. You can access the Plex Data Folder.
The log files are in /Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Logs, correct?
Is there a Preferences.xml file in /Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server? Don’t do anything with it. Just want to know if it exists.
Please upload some additional log files.

I don’t see any glaring problems in the log files. Not sure why you cannot access Plex Media Server.
Let’s try this:
Now try to access Plex, via the NAS IP: http://192.168.1.142:32400/web.
It will be unclaimed. You should be able to login and claim it. If you see the initial setup screens, don’t add any libraries, enable remote access, etc. Just breeze on through them and see if you can reach server settings. If so, claim the server.

No secret meaning or anything. I drive a Ford. The first three or four IDs I tried when signing up for Plex years ago were taken, so I picked a big number and it worked.

after the 97 I kinda fell away from Ford because that Triton Motor which now they call it a Coyote either way it still a Modular Motor it blew a head gasket I have it torn down to rebuild
To me there was nothing Wrong with the Old OHV motor I have 3 up against the wall in my shop 2 = 302 and 1 = 351
