Like it says. The subtitle just stopped working on android for me. I’m sure you will fix it but man… as someone who almost exclusive use plex for foreign media, this is a big inconvenience.

Which version number are you on? Server and Player. What sort of subtitles do you have? SRT, PGS etc. Internal/External? I could not reproduce in the few I just tried with subtitles.

It does seem to be ASS format subs on Android with issue. I could reproduce with those. Thank you for reporting

Looks like this may be fixed in upcoming 2025.16 but I don’t have an ETA when it will be released.

Hello friend, I can feel that you are frustrated I was faced with same “invalid” issue. Did you uninstall the Plex before side loading older version? Just in case you had the same problem I did.
