so i have plex premium
i now turned on Include Cinema Trailers from new and upcoming movies in theaters and when i play a movie it does not find any trailers what am i doing wrong?
Also, on the client, Settings > Experience > Trailer to Play…
it might not show cause i purchased it then canceled cause i just wanted to do a trial month basically

Client is the Plex app you use on your TV. But since you cancelled your Plex Pass, I’m afraid that changing it won’t make any difference.
