I have the following setup:

My Plex server is in a Docker container on an Unraid server. The image used is plexinc/pms-docker. The server version is 1.40.4.8679. The Docker network type is Bridge, only 32400 is mapped.
- The server is accessible within my home network via https://plex.home.xxx.tld, which is forwarded to port 32400 of the container. Access is via an Ngnix reverse proxy, which also handles the TLS termination.
- Furthermore, unencrypted access via http://192.168.178.10:32400 is also possible.
- Outside my network, access is via https://plex.yyy.tld. Here, access is via a traefik reverse proxy, which also handles TLS termination.
- Forwarding from the home network to the Internet is done via an SSH tunnel. If this becomes relevant for troubleshooting, I can provide more details here.
- Since I deviate from the intended processes here, I always get an error message from the Plex server when self-testing whether remote access is possible.
- The network settings of the server are attached as an image. The settings for custom server access URLs are as follows:

I can access the Plex server via my iOS clients (iPhone and iPad) both in my home network and via the Internet without any problems.

Access also works via the webplay Chrome and Firefox. Directplay on the network works according to the dashboard.
Now to my actual problem:
- When I start Plex on my Android TV (Nvidia Shield), Plex has no internet connection there. It shows me this on startup.
- As a result, I can’t change profiles via Plex Home.
- If I then select my standard profile, my media libraries all have a yellow exclamation mark in a triangle on the left. After selecting a library, e.g. films, I get a message saying that Plex is not available and that I should press repeat.
- After pressing repeat twice, the first time does nothing, the media library is loaded and I can watch my content.
I would like the Plex app to always find my server immediately after starting it.
