Thank you for reporting this. The pdf shows the channel should be
12 KWTX CW HD
May be that is why it is wrong. Your screenshot shows it to be KNCT and not KWTC
I have referred the error to Gracenote
Ok is this something that needs to be fixed on the plex end or HD Home run. The corrected the mapping on their end and set it to kNCT -12 CW. If on the plex end how long does this take to typically fix?
Gracenote have to make the change to the Grande Communications lineup and when that is done - the change will become visible and the channel can then be re-mapped through DVR Settings / Enabled Channels.
The case is still open with Gracenote. I cannot say how long they would take to fix
