Incorrect file path?

Server Version#: 1.18.3 on QNAP TS-253 Pro
Player Version#: Chrome window opened from the adimin window of the QNAP on Windows 10 laptop

New install. Plex newbee.

PMS and media is on QNAP TS-253 Pro, but no media (movies, tv shows, photos, music) will play - eventhough meta data are correctly shown in the player. This error is shown in all instances: “Playback Error - Please check that the file exists and the necessary drive is mounted.”

The path and file name shown in the media info of the player (example) :
/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/CodexPack/mnt/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Multimedia/Movies/Beauty and The Beast (1991).mp4

This is the path and file name shown in the File Station of the QNAP (same example):
DataVol1//Multimedia/Movies/Beauty and The Beast (1991).mp4

CodexPack is installed on the QNAP.

Do NOT put your medias in the Multimedia share
Instead, create a new share, and put medias in that

Used the QNAP File Station to create new share and to move each media type library to the new share. Then in each media library of the Player (Music, Movies, TV Shows, Pictures) I used the Manage Library… Edit… to point to the new share. It works!
