My Qnap shuts down in te Night, because of no use, and starts up at 7:00 in the morning.
As long as the Qnap stays on, plex will work, but after restart Plex starts up, but Movies not available to play.
I stopped and started plex within the app center, no solution.

Above would indicate that you have some remote storage, that is not avail to PMS?
If so, make sure they are mounted before PMS starts
If not so, then show us a screen capture of the folder settings on your movie library, like:
I had a person sugesting, Not to use the standard Multimedia Folder on the Qnap, but create a New Shared Folder, and put all your media files, in that Folder.
I have tested it for now, and the problem is solved… Keep you in the loop…
