Incorrect library matches

I have been using Plex for years now and love it. Currently I am running the server on my main computer. I had my old quad core computer laying around so I did a fresh install of Windows and am going to use it as a dedicated Plex server. When I made the libraries for my music, movies and kids movies, there are a lot of incorrect matches in the movies and kids movies libraries. Refreshing the meta data does not fix the issue. I rarely have to fix a match on my original server. I have also rebuilt previous libraries with out this issue.

Server Version#: 1.20.3.3401
Player Version#: openPHT

Could you give some examples of bad matches and how these files are named on disk?

To start off I removed the libraries and re added them using the Plex Movie Scanner scanner and the Plex Movie (Legacy) agent. It put its self back to the Plex Movie scanner and the Plex Movie agent. I switched it back to the old scanner and agent and refreshed the meta data of the libraries and it seems to have fixed some of the matches. For some reason it has now linked a bunch of movies that are not related together. For the movie Countdown which has a file name of countdown.mp4 the library scanner matched it as London 2012 Olympics Opening Ceremony. Using different scanners will not fix any of the matches, the only thing that works is using personal media. At this point is there a way to just export all the matches from my working library to this library since they are from the same mapped drive?
