Hi guys
Plex has been working well for years in my home until last Friday.Know I can only get an indirect connection to plex in my house where my server is based away from my house plex is working perfectly remotely.Please help
Disable Secure Connections, then restart PMS, wait 3 minutes.
If that doesn’t help, verify your home network (router) wasn’t changed recently (like, for instance ‘AP isolation’ or ‘Guest WiFi’ was activated).

do you use UPnP ?

This has proven that the real issue may be with your router.
If you don’t have access to its settings, you must leave it as it is.
If you however can make some adjustments, you may be able to re-enable Secure Connections afterwards.
Use Google DNS instead of your provider’s (8.8.8.8 + 8.8.4.4)
Disable DNS rebind protection for the domain *.plex.direct

Hi guys this problem has come back I am only getting an indirect connection within my house tried the changes to router above but still not working
