"Indirect" connection / Remote access not working

Server Version#: 1.21.2.3943

I had Plex working before moving to an UnRaid Docker (using linuxserver/plex). Plex sits behind a Palo Alto firewall, and I am able to get a successful connection when I check https://canyouseeme.org/ and port 32400.

I am running encryption as “preferred” and have remote access specified to port 32400. It is VERY frustrating. Thoughts?
